Membership runs concurrent with our annual insurance policy (10/1/2024 - 9/30/2025) and a new application must be filed each member year.

Release of Liability

I hereby make known that I will hold blameless in the case of accident, injury, or damage of any kind Party Size Cycling, LLC, its officers, members and volunteers. I recognize that bicycling is potentially dangerous, and I represent that I am a competent cyclist with safe equipment. I understand that I participate in club activities at my own risk. I further recognize that safety is my personal responsibility and I agree to participate in keeping all Party Size Cycling, LLC rides safe. I agree to hold the club harmless and indemnify the club for all costs, judgments and awards that may be claimed including the cost to defend such claims brought by you or another in your behalf or that of others. I acknowledge that Party Size Cycling, LLC recommends the use of helmets, reflective clothing, and lights during all club activities. I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own nutrition, hydration, equipment and maintenance of my equipment during all club activities.

Members are covered under an accident insurance policy that provides secondary medical expense benefits and an accidental death benefit while participating in club sponsored and supervised club activity. Both basic and premium members are covered by this policy.

Accident Insurance Benefits:

$25,000  Maximum Medical Benefit per Claim 

$5,000  Accidental Death 

Deductible ‐ $250 per Claim 

Physical Therapy Limit ‐ $1,000 

Outpatient Misc. Limit ‐ $5,000
